From Renting to Homeowner in His 20s: Why I Love What I Do

Every once in a while, a closing day reminds me exactly why I do this work, and this one is special. Let me tell you the story.

Back in 2021, I met some clients who had recently moved here from Indiana. We met at an open house in the neighborhood where they were renting. Fast forward to today, and I'm celebrating something just as meaningful: their son has just become a homeowner in his 20s.
